Inspired by the simple shape and perfect proportions of wild Guinea Grass, Whispers celebrates nature’s perfected solutions to move along and adapt with the elements. The uniformity of the 500 elements change while the wind plays with their flexibility. The whisper’s illuminated ends are at the same height as the visitors, so there is no hierarchy between people, installation and the surroundings. The wind moves the artwork to create a playful interactive light pattern. Whispers drops you back into that childhood moment of being small in a field of heaving grass, completely overtaken by nature.
